Since several years HIPIMS technology has proven itself in an R&D environment as being able to produce dense, defect-free coatings. Hauzer Techno Coating has succeeded in taking the HIPIMS technology one step further - to an industrial level. HIPIMS⁺ is born.

HIPIMS⁺ is characterized by an average power of 20 kW. The deposition rate and adhesion are comparable to arc. Control of microstructure is combined with perfect adhesion. The result is a dense, atomically smooth coating. The price/performance ratio of HIPIMS⁺ looks promising. The HIPIMS⁺ technology is available in the Hauzer Flexicoat^® 850 and 1000 machines. Retrofitting of existing Hauzer Flexicoat^® machines is also possible.
