Hauzer has opened a Competence Centre in Shanghai, China. Chinese specialists will give local customer support, arrange sampling, give advice and training and develop tailor-made coating solutions. In the Competence Centre both small batches and full load runs are handled.

Hauzer’s long term expertise in PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) and PACVD (Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapour Deposition) coating technology gives many customers a competitive edge in their own markets. In the Netherlands Hauzer operates since years a very successful Competence Centre.This test centre for industrial production has a proven track record of sampling, pilot production and development of products and processes together with customers. This concept has been transferred to China, where the Shanghai Competence Centre has been equipped with a turn key coating operation. Due to extensive knowledge transfer, Hauzer’s Chinese employees are able to support all Chinese customers with training in their own language, specialist advice and tailor made coating solutions.
