On July 8 and 9, 2008 the 5^th HIPIMS Conference by Sheffield Hallam University has been held in Venlo, together with festivities concerning the 25^th anniversary of Hauzer. More than 100 international guests have participated in the scientific conference about High Impulse Magnetron Sputtering and have heard about the latest developments. After the conference a special programme has been organised for the 25^th anniversary of Hauzer Techno Coating.
