Flexible Tool Coating Equipment in Several Configurations

The Flexicoat^® equipment Hauzer offers, can be supplied in many configurations. Specifically for tool coating, the following configurations are developed:

		850 / 1000 / 1200	Flexible and large Rapid Tool Coater (Arc technology); excellent price/performance ratio with additional flexibility. Option: Nitrocoat Duplex Treatment.
		850 / 1000 / 1200	Tool coater for hybrid coatings (Arc technology combined with (Dual) Magnetron Sputtering technology). Option: Nitrocoat Duplex Treatment.
		850 / 1000 / 1200 / 1500	Hybrid coating equipment for Diamond Like Carbon (DLC coatings)
		850 / 1000 / 1200	Tool coater for hybrid coatings (Arc and Sputtering combined), with High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering Plus (HIPIMS+).Option: Nitrocoat Duplex Treatment.

All systems are upgradable to RTC⁺, DMS, DLC, HIPIMS⁺ or MY Flexicoat ^®.
