Excellent Results with HIPIMS and HIPIMS+ Technology

Hauzer has further developed its High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering technologies HIPIMS and HIPIMS+. HIPIMS provides excellent results for etching the substrate surface, whereas HIPIMS+ is very suitable for a dense and defect-free coating with a high deposition rate. The two technologies can be used separately or in combination and have been scaled to industrial production equipment. Hauzer Shanghai Officially Opened
|

|
On April 13, 2010 Hauzer Shanghai has officially been opened. The official ceremony in the morning contained among others a lion dance for good luck. A conference about new developments in PVD coating technology was the program for the afternoon. Approximately one hundred guests from all of South East Asia were present during the opening.

The Superhard & Slick Coating (SSC)has been developed in a project by Argonne National Laboratory, Istanbul Technical University, Galleon International Co. and Hauzer Techno Coating. SSC won an R&D 100 Award as judged by the American R&D Magazine. SSC's self-lubricating and low-friction nature brings increased engine efficiency and component reliability.

Hauzer Opens Japanese Branch
|
|
|
Hauzer spreads its wings in Japan. After the joining of the Japanese IHI Group in April 2008, Hauzer opened in April 2009 its Japanese branch in Yokohama. “The new branch provides local support to our customers and training by competent Japanese engineers,” Frans Blom, Sales Director Asia Pacific, explains. “In future, as soon as the economic situation improves, the next step is to install a turn key PVD coating centre for sampling and development in Yokohama.”
